Highly recommend Jay's Reno's, Having him on my rental was a relief for me, Didn't have to worry about a thing, besides showing him what needed doing, he pretty much took care of everything, from my landscaping to inside painting, exterior touch up, All the bit's & bolt's that stood out for House selling.
