One hour late for the first and only clean. Never came for the second clean, and didn't reply when I tried to re-arrange the clean to another day.

This was a first clean and I think Facu needed more time to do the cleaning properly, but there were some things that were done in a rushed way (wet stools placed on top of our wet kitchen table; bedside tables that looked like they were wiped with a dirty cloth, leaving streaks; sink in the kitchen that had been cleaned only partially). We are hoping that next time he comes will be an easier job and he can give more attention to the details.

Hi! thanks you for your review. Regarding to that I would like to tell you that a 2 hour service is a maintenance cleaning or a re-check clean when no spaces are specified. And you also requested cleaning of dishes within that time. Also for next time would be nice cover parking fee in the CBD area or offer a free spot
In this case an initial deep cleaning of 3 hours plus dishes would be the right thing for your house (too much dirt and dust in the spaces) Only the bathroom and cleaning the dishes took me 1.30 hs so the time for the other places was reduced.
Always the first cleaning is the most difficult so it requires more time and specify the spaces you are most interested in.

He did his best effort. But i guess the clean is not perfect to what I had expected. Did the vaccumming well.

Hi Arunkumar! Thanks for your review. For the next time if you need a really deep clean of your house you can book more hours. Two hours is the minimum and only covers the basic areas.

Hi Courtney, the system is automatic and when a new time or day is not arranged before the schedule cleaning... they debited you automatically. But don't worry, when the cleaning was canceled goodnest was also given notice (was a public holiday) They will process your return as soon as possible.
