There is a slight issue in my credit card being charged a call out fee when the grab it offer stated it was inclusive of the $69 offer. I will contact Goodnest to address this. Alfred Stowers was curteous and professional. He arrived on time to undertake the handy work and I appreciated that he communicated what was possible and what was not possible in regards to the tasks I asked of him.
