hard working woman I would get her again. It was a big job and when i checked on her a couple of times she was really getting into it and hardly stopped to talk to me so quite focussed on getting the job done. I would advise to have a small brush to get into the corners of aluminium windows and then wipe after a scrub. Monique was also pleasant in her dealings with me.
