We used this company for a deep clean of our house. They came to quote so knew what level of cleaning was required. The job was very poorly done. They told us they had finished and we had to point out several things that had been missed (dusty window ledges, shelves and cabinets.) They addressed some of these but then quickly departed while I was busy and could not do a final check. After we called they did come back and do a few other things but we kept finding things that were not done - I would have expected they do a thorough check before leaving rather than relying on me to notice everything that was left dirty. I later noticed they didn’t even clean the draining board or taps in the kitchen, or clean out the cutlery tray! No effort was made to move furniture to clean - for example there was mess left under our dining room table after the initial vacuum as they didn’t move the chairs out to clean under table. Some of these things are quite basic expectations and disappointing that we had to keep chasing for them to be done.
