Requested a bond clean. I was asked to pay full charges upfront, no one showed, I was then offered a refund in installments then communication stopped.

Paid for the work upfront, then when the husband came to build the drawers a couple of parts are missing, (not their fault) but he offered to come back when the parts arrive. Parts arrived a month ago now. I've been following up every day for over a month. I get a reply perhaps every 10th day but to date they haven't turned up when they said they would. Im happy to change this to a 5 star review I just really really want the drawers finished!!! Please!!! I hate leaving bad reviews but I don't know what else to do at this point, no replies to messages or calls.

Didn't show up as scheduled. Didn't say she wasn't coming. Didn't reply to my text messages, phone went straight to voicemail. Very very poor experience. Very disappointed to have this happen twice. She also insisted on being paid before the job so now i'm out of pocket.

I engaged Molly on 9 June and paid on 10 June and arranged the date. To this date Molly has not been very responsive and not turned up and done the clean nor refunded. Communication has been poor and there has been no attempt to rectify this situation. I would not engage with Molly again.

Molly did an amazing job at our place in Mt Eden. She took great care in making sure all the little key details were done and could tell she took pride in her work. Plus super friendly. Absolutely would recommend her to anyone.

Molly and Brie completed undoubtedly the best clean we have ever received from Goodnest! Absolutely every surface was dusted, items lifted off the floor and other surfaces to ensure a sparkling result which we were very happy with!!

Molly and her buddy did a great job at my place. Molly loves cleanliness and she cleaned the place like its her place. She is very proud of her work. Excellent I will recommend her to anyone.
