My name is Jess and I have been a change of tenancy/deep cleaner for 15 years, and also supervise commercial cleaning. I am much faster than your average cleaner and bring my own trusted products that allow me to work faster at no additional cost. I guarantee my work and if necessary, will return for any additional needs. I am usually spot on with my quotes due to my experience, however if it is a very short job I will adjust accordingly and this can be discussed at the beginning of the job.

i was very disappointed with the cleaning of my oven ,had splashes on cupboard and pantry doors, ,my oven was really in need of a clean and thought it would have taken 1 -1/2 hours to clean was finished in an hour, I had to wipe everything around the oven etc even the kick plate at bottom of cupboard had marks . Not happy at all will not be using the company again

This client was home and present to check everything was fine before I left. He checked and said it was perfect and paid me. The clients wife decided to write this which is very unfortunate because they were told I would return at no cost and did not exercise this. In my view the oven was perfect, but perhaps there was splash on the floor that I did not see. So I will be mindful of this in the future. Absolutely no time was given to complete the job, it is just when the job is complete.
